Yes, we offer delivery and, for some areas, installation. We take pride in providing a comprehensive service to our customers, from the moment you place your order to the final installation of your horse shelter. Do you offer shipping?
Yes, Equine Hut can organise shipping for your shelter directly to you. Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own collection from our warehouse. Please note that if you choose to collect, your vehicle must be able to safely transport beams of at least 6.5 metres in length.
How much does shipping cost and how long will delivery take?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order. We’ll provide a tailored quote before confirming your purchase. Delivery times also depend on your location, but we’ll give you an estimated timeframe once your order is ready to ship.
What payment methods do you accept?

What is your refund or return policy?
As each Equine Hut shelter is custom made to order, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
We take great care to ensure your shelter is manufactured to the highest standard. If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.
